Happy Workplace

Diversified workplace

Employees are always the most important partners of our organization. We are committed to creating a comprehensive human resource management system, establishing a diverse on-the-job education and training environment, providing a safe and friendly workplace, actively promoting work-life balance, in order to create a sustainable business model and uphold the mission of providing high-quality blood donation services.

Salary and benefits

We have established an appropriate salary system in accordance with labor-related laws and regulations to regulate promotions, salary adjustments, and various bonuses. Employees' salaries are determined based on their performance, seniority, and responsibilities. In order to recruit more outstanding talent, TBSF adjusts the salary from time to time with reference to the government's salary adjustment policy. With respect to the working environment and welfare system, we have always made an effort to make employees feel happy. We provide travel activities, outstanding performance and seniority bonuses (awards), bonuses or gifts for festivals, birthdays, subsidies for meals, childcare, team uniform production, and vaccination and health promotion incentives, etc.

Employee trip

Our foundation encourages employees to engage in outdoor activities and subsidizes employee trips. In addition to relieving work stress, this promotes emotional exchange across departments. Employee trips are the most popular and well-received welfare activity in our organization. After a majority vote on preferred travel destinations, qualified professional travel agencies are commissioned to plan the itineraries. Each blood donation center organizes trips in diverse ways according to the nature of the travel.

Employee health promotion

Received the Healthy Workplace certification mark from the Health Administration to actively promote employee health.

Employee care

We value the voice of every employee, and know that positive two-way communication can create a win-win and harmonious workplace atmosphere. We have established multiple internal communication channels, such as an employee complaint hotline, fax and email, to accept employee complaints. We also have the "Prevention Measures of Sexual Harassment and Complaint and Disciplinary Action Key Points" in place to handle complaints.

Talent development

To cultivate outstanding professionals, we have formulated the "Education and Training Specifications" to encourage employees to participate in internal and external professional training, on-the-job continuing education, and domestic and foreign seminars. We also organize periodic reports in professional journals, knowledge sharing and drills to give full play to the functions of our employees.
